  • Is there a free plan?
    Yes. The Free plan includes 2 free videos per month, up to 10 staged photos, and the Claude and ChatGPT integration. No credit card required. This is an ongoing free tier, not a time-limited trial.
  • What is the difference between Free and a paid trial?
    Free is an ongoing plan with monthly limits and no credit card. Paid plans (Lite, Starter, Growth, and Pro) include a 3-day trial so you can try the full allotment and features before billing starts.
  • What happens after 3 days on a paid plan trial?
    Your plan continues at the selected monthly price unless you cancel. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
  • Can I cancel during the trial?
    Yes. 3 days free on paid plans. Cancel anytime before the trial ends from your account settings.
  • What are credits?
    Paid plans include a monthly credit allotment. Credits are used when you generate videos, virtually staged photos, and other AI outputs. Higher plans include more credits. Free uses a monthly video and staging allowance instead of credits.
  • Can I change plans later?
    Yes. Upgrade or change plans from your account when your listing volume grows. Choose the plan that matches how many listings you market each month.
  • How do team seats work?
    Growth includes up to 2 seats and Pro includes up to 3. Credits pool at the team level, so everyone shares one balance. Need more seats? Enterprise plans are available. Contact sales, or see Teams & Agencies.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, including unused credits. Cancel before a paid trial ends to avoid a charge. Confirmed platform failures are handled with generation credits. See the Refund Policy for details.
