By using BetterSpace.ai, you acknowledge that AI-generated videos may contain visual artifacts, structural inaccuracies, or "hallucinations" (e.g., distorted textures or illogical spatial layouts). These occurrences are a characteristic of current generative technology and do not constitute a "defective" product.

Technical Errors If a video fails to render or is undeliverable due to a confirmed technical system error on our platform, BetterSpace.ai will issue a generation credit to your account. Refund requests for technical failures must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the incident.
